Wages and Working Principles:


• Wage Policy: Salaries are paid as 12 gross monthly installments on the last working day of each month. Our salary scales are regularly reviewed to align with market trends, and performance-based rewards are provided.
• Working Hours: Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00.
• Social Benefits: Employees receive meal cards and travel allowances, and private health insurance covers employees, their spouses, and children.
